I'd still remove affiliation without proof, it's better to be safe than sorry. I wouldn't want to be associated with anyone being accused of rape charges.

I perfectly understand, the brand has an image to protect afterall. But considering what the individual stands to lose, I'd say that it is a rough ride for him, especially if it was all a lie in the first place.

Respect and safety matters a lot and Such accusations make people stand and think as to why there should not be fairness and being kind towards others. There are so many poker players who respect everyone and good manners are always encouraged in the community. I hope he gets justice.
