I ve paid 24 poker coins but still dont have pw, can someone please help me?

I tried to let freeroll club know that I am active, it said reply to post, when I finally found the right place, posting was locked. I am very frustrated, it shouldnt be this hard to navigate or just say add me, now my coins r wasted! Even a/c upgrade isnt clear, it looks like it only for credit cards, not coins :C
