I think patience is underrated skill. A lot of people want quick results. Poker isn't like other games where you start winning immediately, you need patience at the table.
 
Patience is not underrated, people just don't enjoy hearing about it because they believe it's boring. Everybody wants the exciting bluff stories and huge wins,.not the other side of the story. Nobody wants to hear that folding bad hands for hours can be profitable.
 
I think patience is one of the most valuable skills in poker. There are plenty of sessions where nothing exciting happens for a while, and forcing action usually ends badly. Waiting for the right spots has saved me far more often than trying to create them.
 
Absolutely. I think patience is one of the most underrated skills in poker. It helps you avoid forcing marginal spots, wait for profitable opportunities, and stay disciplined during long stretches when the cards aren't cooperating.
