There were no existing products that I genuinely liked, so I decided to create one myself. Here were my main goals:

1. Web-based: No need to download any desktop software, APK, or jailbreak. I wanted the poker room to be accessible from any device through a browser.
2. Crypto-native: Instead of converting deposits into USD-denominated chips, I wanted the option to use any cryptocurrency I deposit as poker chips.
3. Modern design: I felt that most other poker rooms didn’t incorporate modern design principles.
4. HTML-based: Instead of relying on Unity or WebGL, an HTML approach felt more realistic and crisp to me.
5. Randomness verification: The current "Trust me we're random" approach wasn't good enough for me. I wanted to make a randomness system that's verifiable by players. (You can read more about it here)
