What features or benefits do most casinos not have that would be very beneficial for their patrons?

What do you wish casinos had more of?

When I visited Casino Niagara, and Fallsview Casino I was hoping for more poker tournaments. They mostly only had cash games available.

It would be nice to see a quieter, but well-placed (maybe in the center of the casino) lounge in places. This would be a good place to meet new people, and subliminally suggest to go gamble as you're surrounded by machines and tables that are still visible, but as it'd be zoned off with thick plexiglass and walls, provide a little comfort to chat and not have to yell.

I haven't seen any arrangements like this though. Does anyone know of casinos that offer a lounge? I would think they wouldn't because they want you to gamble all the time, and if not, then in the bar buying over-priced drinks.

I'm not sure about lounges, but I know in Niagara Falls the casinos have an area designated for smokers. They also have free hot chocolate with whip cream at Fallsview casino.

I would like to see most return their buffets, they are still a casualty from the covid shut down. My local town one had a great one that is no longer around.

I still want the casinos to do more in enhancing the player experience and also with transparent payout structures. Don't get me wrong, some are doing well, but many still have a lot to do on these crucial features.
