Chasing huge impossible payouts is perhaps the number one thing gamblers should avoid doing. Those high-risk bets almost always have a low likelihood of coming through, meaning that they can cause some pretty serious monetary loss. When it comes to risk management, potential returns for the gambler need to balanced with the likelihood of actually succeeding. Never bet more than you can afford to lose, and put responsible gaming practices first.

Don't loan or borrow money to gamble. It is suicidal and very stupid. Don't use your credit card because it is still the same thing as borrowing with interest. Don't gamble with the money that does not belong to you no matter what!
