It's important to have a strong mindset on our grinds. How do you stay discipline and avoid tilting?

I find when I plan out my day, and I'm well-rested it's easier for me to remain focused, and avoid tilting. I rarely tilt, and I try to practice being discipline when I play poker. How about you?

Once am not feeling comfortable playing any game, i will simply quit and take a deep sleep. I don't try to force myself because i want to make some money. I don't want to suffer from mental breakdown. Tilting can have adverse effect like mental exhaustion, aggression and drastic change in behavior.

To avoid tilting, it is very important to get enough rest by taking breaks when needed. This helps a lot.

What tilts me is when I get beat by a dumb/donk/fishy move, and what helps me allay that tilt is remembering that, in the long, dumb/donk/fishy players in the game are good for good players, and it's good when they win and think their dumb moves are good, it means they will stick around.

For me, it's about perspective and having a self-awareness. I remind myself that tilt leads to poor decision-making and costs me money in the long run. So, I'm very cautious about it.

I used to tilt when I first started playing poker, but now, if I don't bet or call a hand that is over my limit without being almost sure I have won it, and I call anyways, then its my fault. I do not always blame the cards on the caller but moreso the dealer, but that is my opinion.
