I was explaining poker to one guy and I nearly confused myself. At first, I thought this check and bet thing would be easy to explain. Sometimes what look obvious after playing for so long is not same to newcomers at all. Now I understand why plenty of beginners mix them up. Poker has some simple rules that are somehow very hard to explain.
