Some people are always ready to help others solve problems but hesitate to seek help themselves. Why do you think asking for advice feels harder than giving it? Which side are you usually on?

I think some people enjoy helping others because it makes them feel useful or confident. At the same time, asking for advice can make them feel vulnerable or like they're admitting they don't have all the answers. For some, giving help simply feels easier than receiving it.

Actually most people love giving advice and the same people do not like when someone gives them advice. people like to give advice because they want to create a better image of themselves as someone who knows how things are done

Giving advice is easier because no vulnerability is involved. Once it's your own problem, your pride might not allow you to ask for help. You don't want to look weak or like you are overwhelmed.
