For me, listening to mellow music is quite amazing. The soft tunes take me to a different level entirely and to a state of calmness. It also helps me reduce anxiety greatly. It's a straightforward and probably the best method to energize oneself and gain peace.

Three to four hours deep sleep after taking one bottle of chilled Heineken beer. Nothing is more relaxing and reduces anxiety like deep sleep. It is one of the greatest gift to man bu Providence.

I like to kick back and listen to music. Reading books is also one of my favorite things to do when I want to relax.

Me too! I also feel relaxed when I´m taking a nice and quiet evening stroll or spending time outside watching the sky at night.

The most relaxing thing i do believe it or not is....play poker. Life is hectic enough as is

The most relaxing thing that I love to do is to watch live musical performances. I always really get immersed in seeing amazing vocal performances of vocal powerhouse musical artists on stage. That really helps my mind to calm down.
