Learning poker to a professional level is a hard nut to crack. There are many skills and twists yoh have to learn and relearn! Thete are soft skills, analytical and social skills, bankroll management, the psychological aspect of the game!
Sometimes!, i use to wonderif all these learning steps in poker worh it?

I believe that learning poker is really worth it for me. I know that it is very challenging but that makes it more inspiring for me to learn and I obviously get the rewards from continuous learning. It is a really pleasant feeling when I am able to apply a new poker strategy that I learned and get results. I have also learned valuable life skills from mastering poker.

It is worth learning poker as long as you like playing it and you also like playing with strategy. It isn't easy as it requires months to understand the odds, read your opponents, control your bankroll.

Yes, I think learning poker is worth it, even if you don’t play professionally. It’s fun, challenges your mind, and helps improve skills like strategy, patience and reading people. Plus, it can be a great way to socialize or relax with friends. It’s more than just a game.

I play poker for fun, I haven't won much or made good money playing poker. However, I can assure that learning poker certainly has some worth. You can play for fun and in the mean time also make some money

You simply can't jump into anything without first acquiring the knowledge behind how that's done. It's suicide starting to play poker without learning how to play. It's the same thing with going into cryptocurrency and Forex trading without any prior knowledge and experience.

I'd say it was very worth it for me to learn how to play poker. It wasn't always smooth, but I've reached a level with my game where I can comfortably win more that I lose on a consistent basis. Poker can be very rewarding, or extremely painful.

Im playing poker for about 5 years now only, I'd say im fairly good. Win some good money here and there. Haven't won any tourneys yet on StockPoker tho - anyway, i always tell people poker is like riding a bike. i dont think anyone can actually teach you, you learn and lose, and learn. You go through having to find the hand ranking, to having your 222AA fullhouse beat by a AAA22. Things like that, your tables players etc. Are they bluffers? Whos the big dawgs at this table? Your straight gets hammered by a one card luck flush on your opponents end, etc. Idk im rambling but yeah, play, play, play. Thats the only way to get better

Outside of the home games on StockPoker, most/all the games on the network are hyper turbos. There's more luck involved in fast-paced games which is why I try to avoid the hypers. I do better in slower structures. I hope you get some run good on StockPoker soon.

It's absolutely very rewarding when you're winning because who doesn't like to make more money? It's when you keep losing that you're going to realise how painful and depressing it can be especially if you're not good with your bankroll management.

Yes, learning poker can help the thinking process for a lot of people. I've noticed that I can handle certain situations much better as a result of being able to learn poker. So, even when I am playing to win, I believe learning and understanding the basics is what a lot of people should do.

No one can successfully play poker and keep winning purely based on instincts without learning. It never works like that. Some people believe in magic but such isn't helpful when it comes to playing poker because if you don't learn how to play, you're always going to lose.

If you have the time and patience to learn poker, whether it be for fun or to maybe win some money, I would say that it is worth it. As a fun hobby, it could be your next favourite hobby, and if you plan on playing for money, always have a plan as to when you feel it is time to stop so you do not become addicted.

This is my first time of hearing that there are those who would believe on using magic to play the game. How does that work for them especially when one is looking at the long-term.

I have a lot of people who are my friends that are very superstitious. They believe in all these nonsense about using magic and voodoo in knowing how to manipulate some games they are going to play and be able to win. This is not something that is obtainable in playing poker from my experience.

They have not met experienced poker players. They will be disappointed by their black magic when they get to meet players who are very good at playing the game of poker.

I might not be looking at learning how to play poker as an elite professional because I don't intend to make it my big source of income. Being good on an average level is good enough for me to get by whenever I want to play.

I believe so too because when they play with pros at the game, they will know how unfortunate they can be with their useless superstitious beliefs because they will lose to the point of crying.

They won't believe what they hit them when they keep losing to the pros who are very good at their game.
