When did you first learn about cryptocurrency?

As far as I can remember, I learned about cryptocurrency during the mid 2010s. At that time, I never even knew what Bitcoin was. I heard the term "Bitcoin", but I never knew how it worked. I thought that it was a payment processor that only worked in the U.S.

The first time I heard about Bitcoin I thought it was just some strange online payment thing for tech people. Around 2016, one friend kept talking about it and everyone laughed. Now look at how big crypto became. Back then, nobody around me understood wallets or blockchain at all.

I also remember that website. It was a paid to publish website where you earn money when your articles got published. Having said that, I have read that the website suddenly stopped paying. This was quite disappointing for many writers.

Actually, the website was pulled down by its own writers. They started abusing the system and used it just to milk, without caring about the quality.

I first learned about crypto lurking social media sites, and I started using crypto when I joined StockPoker. I don't like to store funds with crypto. I usually withdraw or deposit whenever I have funds in a wallet.

Well,instead of filtering out such kind of writers, they decided to shut down the writers. I do not think that this was a good decision made by the administration. Administration should have focused on such writers who abuse the system.

I started learning about crypto currency many years ago and I attempted my first trade some time ago it was a fail trade but with time I was able to move on and become conversant in trading

It has only been the last 4 years now that I have started to use it, and accept Crypto payments. In terms of investing and trading, I am still learning about that.
