There’s some people that learned how to play poker from their parents or from one of their other other relatives, so do your parents play poker? Do you play poker with your parents or not really? Have you really beat your parents in a game of poker?

Mine don't. I don't think my mom could see the cards at all.

Both my parents play poker recreationaly, and they taught me to play when I was younger. @Locky and @Beerpig74 are their accounts on our poker forums!

No my parents do not play poker though I used to have a stepdad that did and that was who I played with, him and his family where we played 7 card stud for low betting amounts.

Nah, my parents don’t play poker

I believe they have at one point, but my mom stopped and my dad has resigned himself to staring at slot machines all day.

Poker was never something my parents were interested in that I remember, this was one of the reasons I learned poker myself the way that I did which was using free sites where I played for fun to learn.

I am not even sure if my parents know how to play poker but I would imagine they do even though they don't tend to play.

Absolutely not, my mum hated it. One time I was denied food in the house for a while day when she discovered I was playing poker the day before 🙄

My parents never played any card games or gambled. One of my grandmothers vacationed in Reno a couple of times a year. She played a lot of table games and slots. She was also very active in the bingo community.

To be honest with you, it's only me and my uncle who play poker. Other than that, none of my family plays it. As a matter of fact , my dad frowns at it.

No, not really. I know my father did some back in the day, but his game was baccarat. I don't remember my mother playing anything. My paternal grandmother used to hit the casinos a bit. This was a long time ago, so I don't remember is poker was one of her games.

I believe they did back in their younger days, but once they had a family and other things, they didn't have the money or time for it.

No. My parents were ultra-religious. Caffeine wasn't even allowed in the house... and you think they'd play poker? :p

No caffeine? Geez. Well, caffeine is bad anyway, so maybe it was actually for the better. I bet you are thanking them for that now!
