PFL has made it clear that they intend to become a big promotion after signing Francis Ngannou. Even though his fight vs Renan Ferreira didn't meet the expectations in pay per view sales.

Francis kept his end of the deal, and delivered a knockout against Ferreira.

PFL also purchased Bellator, and all their fighters contracts.

Is the PFL a real threat to the UFC? Do you think the PFL will succeed alongside the UFC?

PFL is carving a niche and innovating, overtaking the UFC will require years of consistent growth, star-building, and strategic moves. The UFC's entrenched dominance, broader fighter roster, and massive global fanbase make it unlikely to be dethroned anytime soon. However, the PFL could grow into a viable competitor, much like how Bellator has maintained its position as a strong alternative.
