Numbers are good but poker is not a calculator competition. I’ve played with one guy who knew every percentage but couldn’t read obvious tilt. Online maybe pure math works more, but live table? Body language and timing matters.

Being too math-oriented can actually affect you a little. Poker is not only about calculating, sometimes reading the players can save you. If you don't balance logic with instinct, you might lose. Poker are numbers, yes, but you are actually playing against humans.
