A losing day doesn't break my confidence in any way to be very honest and I don't keep grinding through playing over and over again when it's obviously not my day. I'll take the lesson of the day and go reaccess why I lost the day. It always helps me to come back stronger.

Learning to take a break or reassessing what you did when you were losing can be the smartest thing to do. The truth is that losing days don't last forever no matter how we aim to look at it.

Losing certainly makes me feel bad for days, sometimes even weeks. But I play with a small fund, so losses aren't very big for me.

Losing messes with my confidence, not just at the table but even afterwards. In the day I lose, I feel down and I don't like to talk to people. However, the feeling is temporary, it does not last too long.
