In reality, I think a lot of players know bankroll rules but don’t consistently follow them. It’s easy to go on a heater and move up too fast, or chase losses after a downswing. Discipline is usually what separates long-term winners from everyone else.

The bankroll rules is just like a theory for most of the people. I’ve done it before, I won't lie but I ended in regret. Discipline is more difficult than strategy. Everybody knows the rules, but sticking to them is a real battle.

Most casual players don’t strictly follow proper bankroll rules. They often play above their limits, mix entertainment with strategy, or chase losses. Serious or professional players are more disciplined, treating bankroll management as protection against variance rather than optional advice.

I don't think so. Most say they do, then they're taking shots at 2/5 after one good night. Guilty of it myself. We get bored or overconfident and bend the rules. The ones who actually follow them are the exception, not the rule.
