If I notice I'm getting frustrated, losing focus, or making emotional decisions, I'd rather call it a day. There's no point continuing if I'm not playing my best, and taking a break is usually the smarter choice.

Yes, absolutely. If I notice I'm playing emotionally, getting impatient, or losing concentration, I'll end the session. I've found it's much better to come back with a clear head than to keep playing and make decisions I'd probably regret later.

I quit a session for a couple of reasons, one, I am on losing streak, two, I and stressed out and frustrated, three, I have already won and do not ant to continue to play and lose my winnings, and four, I am disturbed and I cannot control my emotions and make good decisions.

The moment i notice that every bad beat is annoying me more than the normal thing, i just stand up immediately. No more discussion. That's usually the sign.
