I can't say I quit, because I'm here. I've taken long breaks though, and I'm sort of coming off a break when I started this site.

I'm hoping Poker.Community gives me more motivation to play again to be honest. I've taken breaks from playing above my limits, and lose a large amount, if not all my bankroll pretty quickly, or from sports. However, I am a winning player when I apply bankroll management to my game, and I have an account with 1000+ games on ACR to prove it.

What about you? Have you taken any breaks from poker?

As a matter of fact, I'm still on break now. I'm taking time off poker to recharge, refocus, and come back stronger mentally and with a clearer strategy.

Taking breaks can be a healthy approach, allowing players to step back, reflect on their game, and come back with renewed energy and clearer strategies. It seems like a common practice among players to avoid burnout and maintain a positive outlook on their poker journey.
