I remind myself that everyone goes through card-dead stretches. Instead of forcing action, I try to stay observant, watch how the other players are behaving, and wait for better opportunities. Patience is part of the game.

I treat it as part of the game. When I'm card dead, I use the time to watch the other players, look for betting patterns, and stay mentally engaged instead of getting frustrated.

Card dead stretches can be very frustrating. Folding hands after a hand can tempt you to force some actions. That's where many mistakes actually started from. I just remind myself that patience is actually part of the game, it's not punishment at all.
