I've seen some people who always post their poker winning across their social media accounts on different platforms. I don't think it's a good habit because you're making an announcement no one asked you to do especially when it involves money.

I don't post all my wins. I try to only post my bigger wins in MTT's. Top 3 or better depending on the payout.

I wish more of our members would share their online poker wins in our media section. ;)

I choose not to share my poker victories online for some reasons. When people show their poker winnings online, they have succeeded in inviting unnecessary publicity which can create discomfort in others especially those who are struggling to win.

Posting such publicly on social media platforms is like posting your bank account statement online. It's always going to attract unwanted attention which might not be good for you. It's why I don't do it.

I do not play poker to make money, so I have nothing to share online. Even when I do win, I prefer to keep it private. I want to avoid attracting attention, especially from undesirable people.

I don't really share my winnings online, because it feels a bit too much like bragging. Not that I make an awful lot, but it's a nice side income at least. :p

Nothing frustrates me more than seeing the so-called poker "influencers" posting their massive wins and bankrolls - yet you don't hear a peep about the thousands they lose on other occasions, or you don't hear a peep from them when they eventually disappear from the scene altogether because they've bankrupted themselves. lol

It also brings envy and jealously.

A lot of people believe that your winnings are truly your current income, which usually isn’t always the case.

I like to post my wins to track my progress as I grow my bankroll. If someone gets envy or jealous, so be it. If you put in the work, and work on your game you'll get results. I don't mind posting my losses either, especially if it was a tough hand/decision. Maybe I can learn from it, and fix a leak in my game.
