I usually set a yearly goal and visit it a few times a year. I think tracking results regularly takes a very strong constitution. A lot of losing on those lists.
I literally just sat at a live cash table. One dude had racked up. Had 29 loose dollars and threw them in pre flop. I called with 55 and a few other players called. I flopped middle set, turned fives full of deuces and he double me up trying to ring me over. He left pretty pissed
I don't think so. I don't see America opening g it back up and they would be the catalyst. With that said poker is more lucrative now than it was then. Just much more difficult as everyone seems to be good now.
The way anything can be tracked and adjusted these days I'm not too worried. If they were to do something with my info it would be inconvenient for sure but fixable.
Fortunately in Canada all winnings, whether they be gambling or lottery are tax exempt. We can even claw back much of what is withheld when we win in a US casino.
It's not all about the money for me. It's deeper than that. If I took the money I would miss the game too much to give it up. I'd be returning it really quick lol
