What's the biggest strategic mistake you see recreational players make ?

Recreational players often play too many hands just to see a flop. Patience pays off in poker. By staying selective and waiting for stronger opportunities, you can gather valuable information simply by observing the action. Watching betting patterns, timing tells, and player tendencies can help...

Do You Try and Help Other Players Improve at Poker?

Personally, I love seeing players succeed, especially those that I consider friends. I’m an open book when it comes to discussing strategy on PCF. I believe it only makes our community better when our members are crushing the felt. For me, sharing knowledge is one of the most rewarding parts of...

What is the best resource for checking team stats?

I only follow the NHL and NBA closely, so I usually get my sports news from NHL.com and NBA.com. I'm not as interested in other sports during the regular season, but I tend to pay more attention once the playoffs start.

Do you bet more when you are winning or when you are losing?

If I deposited on a sportsbook, I'd probably bet more when I'm winning because I usually make a small deposit and hope for the best. I bet on sports mainly for fun rather than as a serious investment, so I try to enjoy the experience and see where it takes me.

How Much Does Game Selection Matter Compared to Skill in Poker?

Game selection is important, but it won't matter much if you're not giving your best effort regardless of the stakes. I think many players struggle with consistency, and it often starts with developing bad habits, such as not playing to win in every game. Building strong fundamentals and...

Why Do Some Players Struggle to Fold Strong Hands When Boards Get Scary?

I'm a tournament player, and I like to keep pots small unless I have the nuts or see a good opportunity to make a move. I think it's easy for players to become intimidated by scary boards, especially in multi-way pots, because there's a good chance that someone has connected with the flop or...

Which fighter in UFC have the best knockout power?

My favorite UFC knockout was probably when Jorge Masvidal scored the fastest knockout in UFC history with a flying knee against Ben Askren. The fight lasted only five seconds.

Blackjack or Roulette: Which gives you a better chance?

Roulette is often perceived as close to 50/50 when betting on red or black, but the presence of the green zero (and double zero in some versions) actually gives the house its edge. All casino games favor the house, but I think roulette can feel more straightforward compared to blackjack, even if...

    Playing poker an addiction?

I used to have an unhealthy relationship with online poker and would play almost nonstop. Over the years, I've become much more disciplined, started playing less, and actually achieved better results because of it. I still consider poker an addiction in the sense that I love the game and think...

    Become too popular?

I think poker has declined in popularity compared to the height of the poker boom, but I do believe the game is starting to gain traction again. Online poker remains strong, live tournament fields continue to grow, and poker content creators are introducing the game to new audiences. While it...

    Too much money?

I haven't needed to make a deposit in a very long time. My buy-ins essentially pay for themselves because I practice solid bankroll management and I'm a winning player, as long as I stay consistent.

Hey all. I've been playing mobile poker apps (PPPoker, X-Poker,PokerBros, ClubGG) for a couple of years, mostly in Asian clubs.Built a comparison directory at poker-catalog where I track rakebackrates, club traffic, and agent reliability.
