Aggressive vs conservative bankroll management, which is better?

As far as I can say, neither is universally “better,” it depends on your goals and risk tolerance. Conservative bankroll management (more buy-ins) is safer. It protects you from variance, reduces stress, and is better for long-term growth.
Aggressive bankroll management (fewer buy-ins) can grow your roll faster, but it also increases the risk of going broke during downswings.

Aggressive bankroll is a heart attack . I tried that style once, thinking I will double it quickly. It nearly wiped everything. Since then, I don't rush it. I do it gradually. Aggression can work for some people, but for me, I do not have that kind of liver.
