Some people go 100% Bitcoin just because of safety, others may decide to gamble a little by investing on altcoins for bigger gains. I keep about 70% Bitcoin and 30% in a some altcoins that has real value. So, altcoins can give you huge returns, but they can also crash so hard. So, you need to do your research well enough before jumping on them.
