Always learn when you play poker

If you want to evolve as a player, you should be open to improving your game. We all have leaks in our games, no matter how much you win, everyone misplays hands. It's important to recognize leaks if you want to elevate your game. Whenever I misplay my hands, I try to tweak my game so that doesn't happen again. One thing I learned about poker is we're always learning no matter how much you play.

Not every hand you lose is a hand you misplayed. Often it's a suckout/bad beat, and out of your control. Variance rewards players that are consistent for the long haul. If you keep battling through tough hands, you should win long term. Always try to learn from your hands, and FIX YOUR LEAKS!

That is indeed a gospel truth. You cannot continue to play poker without striving to improve and become a better player. One thing you should look for is fixing the leaks and reviewing your game or possibly you can work with a coach to help you through

I always review hands every time I finish playing poker. It really helps me understand possible strategies that could work for different scenarios on a poker table. I have improved greatly in poker because every poker game I step into is always a opportunity for me to learn.

I would add as a caveat that being able to prioritize which order to learn those in is how you study as efficiently as possible.

I have always been open to improving my game, as that is one of the best ways to ensure you not only see when things are starting to go south, but it can also help you with a winning streak as well, should you get that lucky.

Wanting to learn more and better your game will always bring good benefits, so it is worth putting that time in.

I always take a posture of humility as a poker player. I have actually improved since when I started playing poker but I know I have not arrived. I am always open to learning with poker because every poker game you play has something that you can learn from it. I always review my hands to see my mistakes so I don't repeat it next time.

There's always a lesson in each poker playing session I've had. If I don't learn anything new in each game, it doesn't matter if I won, it's a loss for me because I didn't capture any new knowledge from the time invested in that particular play.
