There are those of us in this community who are above 30. They have seen some things about life and can share experiences about it. What advice would you have for someone under 30?
 
I'm 40.

I wish I would have partied less, ate better, and exercised more frequently.

Shedding weight is way harder after 30 than it is before that. It's easy not to do it, too, because life is busier.
 
Learn more skills. Improve your value so you can stand out among your peers. I'm not 30 yet but this is the advice I have always received.
 
I'm 34.
Chase your goals, never give up on the dream.
 
You will get to this age lol

Plus I’m 35 years old I wish I could go back to school again to get good grades
