There are those of us in this community who are above 30. They have seen some things about life and can share experiences about it. What advice would you have for someone under 30?

I'm 40.

I wish I would have partied less, ate better, and exercised more frequently.

Shedding weight is way harder after 30 than it is before that. It's easy not to do it, too, because life is busier.

Learn more skills. Improve your value so you can stand out among your peers. I'm not 30 yet but this is the advice I have always received.

I'm 34.
Chase your goals, never give up on the dream.

You will get to this age lol

Plus I’m 35 years old I wish I could go back to school again to get good grades

Exactly. Try to learn as much as possible. There are many free courses available online, especially in coding and SEO. The same applies to marketing and cybersecurity.

The internet is much bigger and more resourceful than it was back in the day.

Ask yourself, "Do I really need this?" If the answer is no, put that amount into an index fund. Also, try to put 10% in an index fund if you can. You will be a millionaire making the equivalent of $3000-7000/mo in today's money by the time you want to retire (while still having a million in cash if a good investment presents itself, such as buying an apartment complex to double that).

Then, exercise and eat well as mentioned, as you're 1/2 way done with your life at that point (almost), and you should stick around to enjoy some of that savings with some trips around the world.

Consider investing in your future.

Whether it's a savings account, gold and silver, IRA, 401K, or even the stock market - try to start gaining interest on savings so when retirement happens, you have something waiting for you.

I'm finally doing that now... At 40!

This is a very delicate stage and age. My advice for people in that age bracket is to prioritize self-care and nurture meaningful relationships. They should also take calculated risks as well.

Still a good age to start. By 60 you can have quite a lot.

Even if you invested in silver at its high of $32 earlier this year, you'd be up quite a bit, especially if you cost averaged down to $28 or so.
