Having a debt hanging on your neck is something which can make someone to be restless at all times. This is why I don't like borrowing money from anyone or even financial institutions because I can't bear being in debt because I couldn't pay off what I borrowed for one reason or another.

Do you have any debt which you haven't paid off? How are you planning on paying it?

Unfortunately, I do have some debt over my head that was not created by me but was created by my ex-partner, with whom I was in a mentally abusive relationship up until 2015. I have been out of that relationship now for 9 years and I am still finding new debts that were taken out in my name without my consent. Many have already been written off and I am working on getting the others written off too.

Not currently, but I was in one last year. It was pretty scary because the creditors hardly allowed me breathing space. They make calls and send text messages at every opportunity. Thankfully I am free from it now. It is a feeling I never want to experience again.

I'm currently in debt but it's leveraged with a gain behind it, so if you look at it that way, I owe the bank about $10,000, but I am owed $17,500.

The interest I pay on the loan is less than I get from my investment when you factor in both dividend and dividend reinvestment growth.

I’m debt free now. I could remember how hard it was when I was in a serious debt about 3 years ago. I used the money for business but it failed. I lost everything. It was the worst moment of my life.
