Considering gambling as a means of entertainment is a complex issue. I've seen people with different views on this. Some see it as a source of entertainment while others view it as a very risky activity. The truth is, it provides excitement but it must be approached responsibly. If you're involved in gambling, you need to set limits, understand the odds and that can help make it fun.

Gambling is definitely a means of entertainment if it is done in moderation and responsibly, otherwise it will turn to something else. And it could be threatening financially.

Gambling is a source of entertainment for some people but we need to draw a fine line between gambling for entertainment and it's addiction because it could lead to addiction if care is not taken .

Gambling is designed for entertainment. Though, many gamblers are carried away by greed and selfishness. Nowadays, many people see gambling as a source of income and go beyond their limit. It is abuse of gambling that gives gambling negative societal values.

To me, gambling is entertaining and a form of enjoyment for those that like to do it. It’s the same thing as people that like to play video games as a hobby.

I would definitely say that gambling is done as a means of entertainment as long as it is done in moderation and the person knows when to stop. It is when it starts to become an addiction, and the person gambling does not know when to stop, that is when it stops being a form of entertainment.
