Playing smart, and good decision making is always my approach(in it to win it), but I do like to adapt the action/players around me. If players loosen up, I may open up my range a little. Thoughts?
Poker is one game that is very dynamic and you need to adapt to how a hand or a table turns out. From my experience in poker, I have observed that no two hands or tables are exactly the same. Never. For me, when I play against players that are very tight, I might decide to bluff more or I might decide to steal blinds.
Adapting to the table mechanics and dynamics is important for players. You shouldn't just be too rigid on a single strategy. You must study the table and adjust your strategy appropriately to fit the game. That's how to maximize your chances of winning.
