Have you ever caught yourself making an aggressive play simply because you were upset? How do you prevent emotional bluffs?

I don’t consider emotional because it’s intended as i’m an aggressive player. Although I do have different modes actually depending on what I’m playing and who I’m playing but most of the time I’m pretty aggressive, but it’s not only associated with Poker. It’s who I am…smdh
 
Yes, emotional bluffs is very bad. When you are not in the right mood , you can make moves just to feel better. But that usually lead to more losses. The thing is, you need to know when you are tilting and take a break immediately.
