Sleeping through my alarm is not something that happens often but it has been known to happen to me. Just today, I woke to notice I had slept through three alarms and woke later than intended. This always annoys me especially if I have plans for the day and I oversleep due to missing my alarm.

Have you ever slept through your alarm? How often do you find it happens to you?

I don’t have a alarm clock soo I don’t know or how I can answer that question

I always turn off my alarm clock once it goes off, but I may fall back asleep again.

I usually wake up everytime my alarm goes off. I haven’t slept through my alarm in along time.

I think you can but I don’t set one up

I never do. I am up before it goes off most mornings.

My ears are always very sensitive to noise which makes it very difficult for me to sleep through my alarm. Sometimes, I even wake up before the time my alarm is supposed to ring because my body is already used to waking up at that particular time.

My internal clock wakes me up before my alarm almost every day. Sometimes when I'm sick I will sleep until my alarm. Never through.

Nothing but my wife vigorously shaking me can wake me up.

I've set alarms, etc., and nothing helped.

In my early days, I'd be up at 0500 no problem. My body was just wired to do that as it was required of me to do it.

Yep, this has happened too many times, and that has made me use multiple alarms or ask my wife to wake me, especially when I'm so tired from the day's activities.

Maybe when I was younger and free of worries, I might have slept through alarms. But now, with responsibilities in front, I don't even need an alarm to wake me up again. 😩
