In the political world, many people are cynical about voting machines, so why wouldn't video poker machines be up for scrutiny? In fact, why wouldn't all gambling machines, like slots, be up for scrutiny?

Anyway, who knows anything about how these machines work? Would you trust your money on them? Now, I know the house always wins, but is it "more than that"?

I always don't want to think about the possibility of video poker machines being rigged. I have faith that the strict regulations from gaming commissions and the sheer amount of money involved would largely prevent those video poker machines from being manipulated. There is an acceptable house edge allowed by regulators and I don't believe any regulated poker room would risk losing their license by going above the prescribed level of house edge.
