Implementing stop- loss and profit targets is one of the best way to manage bankroll. I do set a limit for how much am willing to lose in a single game. Once i reach the target, i quit. Sometimes, it may not be easy but you need discipline to stay ahead in the game.

Sort of. If I don't get rolling after a few bullets/buy-ins I take time for a breather, or to fix leaks in my game. Bankroll management is key for me, and if I'm not playing my best game, or start getting frustrated after losses. I like to take breaks in-between to prevent further losses to my bankroll, and only play with a refreshed mind-state.
