Paying taxes is a norm on earnings in any country as far as I can tell but I'm not sure if it's included in earning from gambling and winning from a poker site.

Since you started playing games online using poker sites, have you been paying taxes on all of your earnings withdrawn?

You are suppose too, but I've never claimed any poker winnings on my taxes.

I heard that UK don’t pay taxes on online poker sites

I know the states love to tax anything, so I'm sure most sites have to pay taxes, either on the owners or players.

I don't think tax is being paid on winnings, unless things are different in other places. It is just like sports betting, you don't get taxed on your winnings.

Fortunately in Canada all winnings, whether they be gambling or lottery are tax exempt. We can even claw back much of what is withheld when we win in a US casino.

No, gambling winnings are not taxable in my country. But I know that gambling winnings are considered taxable income in some countries and you have to report your winnings.
