Do you prefer plastic or paper cards

Have you played poker with both plastic and paper cards? Which one do you prefer between both of them?

Personally, I opt for the plastic cards because they're very easy to shuffle, feel smoother, durable over a long period of time.

What's your pick between plastic and paper poker cards?

It doesn't matter to me, but I think plastic cards would be better for a casino since they're less likely to get ripped or marked.

I have played with both plastic cards as well as paper cards. I like to use plastic cards because they have better life and they can be washed when they gets dirty.

Plastic cards is absolutely better. I chose them because they are very durable and easy to shuffle. But the paper cards spoil quickly. I think plastic cards should be the standard for serious games.

I have only ever played poker with paper cards, but I would not be opposed to playing with plastic cards should they be the only ones available at that time.

One thing that does frustrate me when it comes to using paper cards, though, is how they can end up getting worn, torn and even ripped when used a lot. Plastic cards, I feel, would stay in a much better shape.

I’d go with plastic cards too! They feel smoother, are easier to shuffle, and can handle spills and frequent use without getting damaged as quickly. Paper cards have that classic feel, but they tend to bend and wear out faster. If I’m playing regularly, durability wins for me.
