Ome of my friend told me he use to punish himself any time he lose a bet by skipping lunch! 🤣🤣🤣 I find it difficult to believe that anybody can go to such extreme measures because of betting. While am sport betting gambler, i don't allow it to interfere with my day to day activities! Whether i win or lose, i try as much as possible to control myself, not punishing myself or doing absurd things?
Do you punish yourself for losing bets?

Why would a I punish myself for losing what was never in my control from the first instance? Losing the amount that I used to stake is enough punishment for me. No need to inflict more pains on myself.

I think the real punishment is the money I lose. I just move on because it's part of the game but I try to bet smarter next time.
