One way to be ahead of your game is to review your past games. This method helps a player to avoid making similar mistakes! Professional poker players take time to review their games and try to see if there is better option. Moreover, a player will use past games review to analysis his playing style and see if there is need to tighten up some areas.

It is very important to review your past games in poker. When I leave the poker room and get home, I always take like 30 minutes to reflect on how the poker game I played went about. I always review how it got to the point of the result that happened, whether win or lose.

It is necessary to review the past game because it help you identify areas where you need to improve upon and it can help you hone your skill. It helps to redefine your strategy to become a better player. It's really great in making necessary adjustments in your gameplay.
