I've been writing tiny goals for myself before opening any betting apps and honestly it helps me stay focused. If i dont set limits, i’ll just keep chasing losses😂. And one bad session can spoil the whole mood for the day. My goals are simple now: dont tilt, dont overplay, secure small profit if possible. I learned this after one terrible weekend where i ignored it and ended up regretting everything.

I don’t play every day, and I do not set any goals. I am more of a casual player. Winning makes be happy but even if I don't win, I still get fun and entertainment

Well, I don't play poker every single day which is why I don't have any daily goals for it. In fact, there are times when I go for as long as 3 months without playing. What I make sure to observe whenever I play is to never blow my account under any circumstances.

I don’t have goals for playing poker. I just play casually when I have time, and when I am in mood

As far as I'm concerned, this is a very good way of playing poker because you are not going to be worried about any kind of pressure whenever you are playing. It is simply a way of having fun.
