It is very difficult to stop playing especially when you are on a winning streak even though you have set limit on gambling time. It is more easy to stop when losing than when winning. Many players will believe that they are on lucky run and will continue gambling with higher fund with less dedication and work.

That's so true When you are winning your brain tells you to keep going because everything feels right. You stop thinking clearly and chase that high. It's actually harder to quit when you are up than when you are down. That's why setting strict time limits beforehand matters..
