When we stake on a match, the tension we might experience having to watch the match live can give a heart attack. That's why many people that do sports betting don't watch the matches they stake on live. They prefer to check scores online.

Do you watch live action the matches that you stake on? How do you handle the tension?

I do watch matches especially the ones i staked. But honestly, it can give someone heart attack. To avoid this, i only gamble with the money i can afford to lose. Since then, i have peace of mind. If i lose its okay . If i win, it is still okay.

There are times when I watch the matches and there are times when I do not. I bet with a little money, so I don't get worked up. However, when I bet more, I'm so nervous when I watch the match.

The moment I release that money to stake, I have let go of the money in my mind. It is as good as lost to me. That's why I am able to sit down and watch the entire length of a match that I stake on and the tension doesn't get to me.
