I’ve been there more than once. One night I kept telling myself, “just one more bet” after a bad streak and I ended up losing double what I planned. It honestly took walking away for a few weeks to reset my head. It wasn't a palatable situation at all. Now I just treat whatever I put in as already spent, otherwise I’ll start chasing again.
