Nah, I don't ever consider my bankroll when playing individual hands. If you do you can't afford the game you're in.
I've folded hands that I probably would've played if it wasn't before the money, but typically I play to win, and I'm willing to risk my tournament life/chips for a good opportunity to double up.
Just see it as me being on the safer side. I'm not somebody that likes to take too much risks
