Have you ever had an account frozen, suspended, or restricted by an online poker site? How was the situation handled, and were you satisfied with the explanation?

I have never gotten my account restricted but I have heard stories that are very scary. The thing is sites are seen freezing accounts for "security reasons" and it's very difficult to get any reasonable explanation from them.

No, that has never happened to me so far, but I’ve read about people who have had it happen to them—that’s what they get for cheating, lol. If you don’t cheat, don’t lie about your personal information, or anything like that, why would they restrict your account? It doesn’t make sense.
