I think it's much higher than that, maybe closer to 80%. When a player is on tilt and not in the right state of mind, they're far more likely to spew chips and money by overplaying hands, forcing action, and making emotional decisions instead of logical ones.

Poker is as much a mental game as it is a strategic one. Even skilled players can see their results suffer when frustration, anger, or life stress affects their decision-making. Staying disciplined and recognizing when it's time to step away from the table can be just as important as knowing the correct play.
