If you could only eat one cuisine for the rest of your life what would it be?
And I'm curious would you pick something you absolutely love right now or something versatile enough that you wouldn't get bored? Like could you survive on just Italian or Mexican forever or would you need something broader like Asian cuisine that covers so many different flavors?
