The biggest mentality change is to accept variance and focus on the long-term. But the major problem here is that we want quick wins but lack patience.

You need to have one or more strategies, practice them, and follow them religiously—to the point where you play mechanically, with a cool head and no emotion. If you play based on emotion—taking excessive risks or focusing solely on the money—your own mindset will become your worst enemy; it will cause you to lose every time, and, worst of all, it will cause you to lose all your money.

In poker strengthening mindset is needed or of essence. As poker players we can develop skills and improve abilities quite easily but when its come to mindset changes we all struggle

For me the mental strategies thst I used to improve my poker game is on focusing on making good decisions, not winning every point. I also learn to handle bad beats without losing control

Learning to focus on making the right decisions rather than obsessing over winning every hand. Poker involves luck, so I judge my progress by the quality of my decisions, not just the results.
