Is Baccarat a game of skill or just a coin flip?

No matter how people argue this, I still believe baccarat looks mostly like a luck to me. Yes you can understand the rules and manage your bankroll well, but once the cards start coming out, it's a different story. I've seen some persons celebrate one hot streak today then tomorrow everything just disappeared. That's gambling to me. No amount of confidence can control random cards.
