I doubt the possibility of a crooked dealer rigging poker game in live poker except if the pokers are dumb. In poker game, a dealer don't even know how the game will go. Rigging is likely to be possible in online poker game but not live games. Once a dealer shuffle and cut the card, whatever is the outcome he can forsee or predict!
In your opinion, do think there is a way a dealer can rig a poker game?

As much as a dishonest dealer can tamper with a live poker game, it is rather uncommon and hard to pull that off without getting caught. Live poker games are usually fair and the result are typically based on chance and skill of a player.

Technically yes, but it's really rare at legitimate casinos because there's so much security watching. Dealers could theoretically do things like false shuffles or dealing seconds, but they'd risk their job and criminal charges. Most rigging happens in underground games with no oversight. Stick to reputable places and you're fine.
